A valuation to inform your pricing decision. Not an appraisal.
Ozark Valuations reports are intended to help sellers, buyers, real estate agents and investors make a pricing decision, such as setting a listing price or evaluating an offer or purchase price. They are not a USPAP-compliant appraisal and cannot be used for mortgage lending, litigation, estate settlement, tax appeals, or other purposes that require a licensed appraisal. If you need a formal appraisal, please contact Tom directly to engage his appraisal services separately.
No guarantee of results. Each report reflects market conditions as of the date it was prepared. Real estate markets change constantly, and a report is not a guarantee or prediction of any listing price, offer, sale price, time on market, or sale outcome.
