Ozark Valuations is operated by McDonnell Enterprises, LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use ozarkvaluations.com, why, and who else handles it.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, whether you are a homeowner or realtor, an optional brokerage name, and a password. Passwords are stored in scrambled (hashed) form, never as plain text.
• Order details: the property address you enter, and any photos or documents you upload.
• Public property records: we look up public county records for the property (for example parcel, year built, and living area) and keep the results with your order.
• Payment records: the amount, date, and a payment reference number. We never see or store your full card number.
• Report content: the valuation we prepare for you.

How we use it

To create and run your account, prepare and deliver your valuation, take payment, email you about your order, answer questions, keep business records, and protect the site from misuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Information about your clients and listings

If you are a realtor, the property and client information you submit is used only to prepare your valuation. We do not use information submitted through this site to solicit brokerage services.

Who else handles your information

We use these services to run the site. They process data for us only as needed:

• Square: processes card payments.
• Vercel: hosts the website and stores uploaded files.
• Neon: hosts the database that holds accounts and orders.
• Resend: sends order confirmation and notification emails.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the rights of others.

Cookies

We use one cookie, which keeps you signed in. It lasts up to 7 days or until you sign out. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page.

How long we keep information

We keep account, order, and report records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet business, tax, and professional record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete your account and uploaded files, and we will do so except where we must keep records.

Security

Uploaded files are private and are available only to you and to us. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
